- When sleeping or resting on your side, the U‑pillow provides supportive relief for your back. Place the two “legs” on either side of your body, allowing one side to support your back. By resting one leg on the pillow at the same time, you can help reduce swelling in your feet and promote healthy blood circulation.
- When lying on your back, Comfort‑U supports both your shoulders and back. If you cross the pillow’s “legs” beneath you, it also helps relieve pressure on your lower back.

Maintaining the excellent properties of Nordic Sleep products is easy. Simply give your products a shake regularly to help them retain their volume.
Washing instructions:
Machine wash at max. 60°C. Avoid using fabric softeners and enzyme‑based detergents when washing Nordic Sleep pillows and duvets, as they can impair the performance of the filling.
Drying instructions:
Products can be air‑dried or tumble‑dried on a low heat (wool or silk programme). They cannot withstand high heat. Remove the products from the machine as soon as the drying cycle is finished. If you are unsure whether your machine can dry at a low temperature, it is better to let your pillow or duvet air‑dry instead.
The filling distributes evenly and does not clump, even after frequent washing.
