Sleeping on your side is one of the healthiest positions for your neck and back, but it’s essential that your spine receives the right support. Our SideSleeper ensures that the neck and upper spine form a straight, natural line, helping to prevent strain on the neck and back.
SideSleeper can be used in more than one way. When you place the long side of the pillow in front of your body, it helps prevent you from rolling onto your stomach, making it an ideal “training pillow” for anyone who wants to get used to sleeping on their side. If you place the long side behind your back instead, it helps stop you from rolling onto your back, which is often what causes snoring for you or the person you share your bed with.
Most of us naturally sleep on our side. We draw our legs slightly towards the chest and rest our arms in front of us, almost as if we are hugging our own body. There is a good and natural reason for this. The position resembles how we lay in the womb, creating a sense of calm and security - the very best foundation for a good night’s sleep.

Maintaining the excellent properties of Nordic Sleep products is easy. Simply give your products a shake regularly to help them retain their volume.
Washing instructions:
Machine wash at max. 60°C. Avoid using fabric softeners and enzyme‑based detergents when washing Nordic Sleep pillows and duvets, as they can impair the performance of the filling.
Drying instructions:
Products can be air‑dried or tumble‑dried on a low heat (wool or silk programme). They cannot withstand high heat. Remove the products from the machine as soon as the drying cycle is finished. If you are unsure whether your machine can dry at a low temperature, it is better to let your pillow or duvet air‑dry instead.
The filling distributes evenly and does not clump, even after frequent washing.
Machine washable at max 60°C
Can be tumble dried on a wool or silk programme. Cannot withstand high heat.
