With our Balance Spring Duvet, you get a duvet designed for those who tend to feel warm at night all year round, or who prefer a slightly warmer summer duvet.
In our Balance collection, the duvet features an outer cover made from 100% organic cotton, while the filling consists of 40% regenerated polyester fibres and 60% Fossflakes Bio, produced from 52% polyethylene derived from sugarcane.

All our products are manufactured at our own factory in Skive, Denmark. The production of the Balance collection complies with all relevant legislation and standards for cotton production and its associated processes.
This also applies to the strict requirements governing the production of the plant‑based material used in the filling. Among other things, the use of environmentally harmful and hazardous chemicals is prohibited, the use of artificial fertilisers is limited, and the consumption of natural resources is minimised.
We use only recycled polyester fibres in the production of Balance products. This means we repurpose materials that have already been produced and used, and which would otherwise have been discarded. In doing so, our products help reduce the need for newly produced polyester.
The difference lies in the cover fabric and the filling. The Balance collection features a cover made from 100% organic cotton, while the covers used for our other products are made from conventional cotton.
Both types of cover are of high cotton quality with a high thread count, making the fabric both soft and durable. This contributes to the exceptional longevity of all Nordic Sleep products.
The filling in the Balance collection consists of 40% regenerated polyester fibres and 60% Fossflakes™ Bio, produced from 52% polyethylene derived from sugarcane.

It is easy to maintain the quality and performance of the Nordic Sleep Balance collection. Simply shake and fluff your Nordic Sleep products regularly to help maintain volume and comfort.
Washing instructions
Machine wash at a maximum of 40°C. Avoid using fabric softener and enzyme‑based detergents when washing Nordic Sleep pillows and duvets, as these may reduce the performance of the filling.
Drying instructions
Your Nordic Sleep products can be air‑dried or tumble dried on low heat (wool or silk programme). Do not use high heat. Remove the product from the tumble dryer as soon as the drying cycle is finished.
If you are unsure whether your machine can dry on a low‑heat setting, we recommend air‑drying your pillow or duvet instead.
The filling distributes evenly and does not clump, even after frequent washing.

Can be tumble dried on a wool or silk programme. Cannot withstand high heat.
