Thank you for shopping with Nordic Sleep by Fossflakes. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
You have 20 days from the date of receipt to return a product. To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. The product must be in its original packaging, and you must have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received your product, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will then inform you of the status of your refund following the inspection. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original payment method). You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Postage
You are responsible for paying your own postage costs when returning your product. Postage costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return postage will be deducted from your refund.
