How do I use a discount code?

If you wish to use a discount code, you can enter the code in the checkout process.
Once the discount code has been applied successfully, the discount will automatically be deducted from the price.
Please note that the discount amount will be displayed excluding VAT, whilst the final amount will be displayed including VAT.

Can I use more than one discount code?

It is not possible to use two or more discount codes at the same time. If you have several discount codes, they must therefore be used on separate purchases.

Why is my discount code not working?

If your discount code is not working, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

• The discount code cannot be combined with other offers
• The discount code cannot be used on already discounted items
• The discount code does not apply to the selected product(s)
• The discount code is no longer valid

When you receive a discount code, the applicable terms and conditions for that code will be stated.
