Chiropractic size guide
Not sure which size to choose?
The difference between the three sizes lies in the height of the two outer chambers, which you use when lying on your side. When choosing your size, you should therefore ensure that there is sufficient room for your shoulder when lying on your side. If you only sleep on your back, all three sizes are suitable.
Measurements:
Small: 34 x 58 x 12 cm.
Medium: 34 x 58 x 13 cm.
Large: 34 x 58 x 13,5 cm.
How to measure
Measure with a tape measure in a horizontal line from your neck to the outermost point of your shoulder. Once you have your measurement, refer to the table below to find your size.
Neck‑to‑shoulder measurement:
Under 16 cm – Small
Between 16 and 18 cm – Medium
Over 18 cm – Large
If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.
