What we achieved in 2023
- We increased employee training and education by 25% compared with 2022.
- Our employee satisfaction survey delivered excellent feedback, showing a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Our workforce includes 11% non‑Danish employees and 8% employees in flex jobs.
