YOUR BEST CHOICE FOR SPRING NIGHTS

It happens so suddenly that you hardly notice it. There's a hint of warmth in the air. The asphalt smells different after a rain shower, and you can see the slightest hint of green in the treetops.
You put your clocks forward an hour and feel nature's promise of longer days and brighter evenings. You open the bedroom window a little more, make your bed with lighter bedding. Spring is on its way.

Fossflakes’ Spring duvet is made for the many moods of spring weather, and for people who always feel hot at night. This is the duvet that keeps you cool while enveloping you in the comforting weight
that calms and relaxes you.

It is a hypoallergenic fiber duvetthat is more like a down duvet. You also get a lovely pillow. Hypoallergenic, of course. Simply give your duvet and pillow a shake
to ensure that the filling is always evenly distributed. In addition, the duvet is crafted from small pierced cassettes that create thermal bridges, which, together with the breathable filling, guarantees you a cool night’s sleep. All year round.

THE FOSSFLAKES FILLING

We know – unique is a word that gets thrown around a lot. However, when it comes to the unique Fossflakes fiber filling, we actually have a point.
Our patented loose fiber filling is of a quality and shape you won't find anywhere else, which is why Fossflakes offers a unique combination of properties.

The filling is primarily made of polyethylene – a durable and breathable form of plastic with small pores in the surface that allow air to pass through. That’s why the body can regulate its temperature under a duvet with Fossflakes filling.
The filling of both our duvets and pillows consists of 70% patented Fossflakes flakes mixed with 30% polyester fiber balls.

The arch construction of the flakes doesn’t just help ensure good air circulation – the design is also key to the Fossflakes products’ ability to provide stable and ergonomically correct support over time.
This applies to both our regular pillows and our support pillows. This is because the curved shape is incredibly stable, ensuring that the pillows retain their plumpness and firmness longer before going flat – and if they do, it’s easy to shake them back into a plump and supportive shape.

CARE & MAINTENANCE

Maintaining the excellent properties of Fossflakes products is easy. Simply give your Fossflakes products a shake to maintain plumpness.

Washing instructions: Machine wash at max. 60°C. Avoid using fabric softeners and detergents with enzymes when washing Fossflakes pillows and duvets, as they can impair the properties of the filling.

Drying instructions: Your Fossflakes products can be air-dried or tumble dried on a low heat (e.g. a wool or silk programme). They cannot withstand high heat.
Remove products as soon as the machine’s drying cycle is complete. If you are unsure whether your machine can dry on low heat, let your pillow and duvet air-dry instead.
The filling is evenly distributed and will not clump even after frequent washing.
