Not sure which size to choose?

The difference between the three sizes is the height of the two outer chambers, which you use when lying on your side. 
So when choosing your size, make sure there is room for your shoulder when lying on your side. If you only sleep on your back, you can use any of the three sizes. 

Size: Small: 34 x 58 x 12 cm. Medium: 34 x 58 x 13 cm. Large: 34 x 58 x 13,5 cm.

How to measure: 

Using a tape, measure the distance in a horizontal line from your neck to the outermost point of your shoulder. Once you have your measurement, you can check the table below to see which size you should choose. 

If you fluctuate between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.
