The Fossflakes Baby duvet feels naturally soft and comfortable. The baby duvet is easy maintenance and will keep its volume, even after frequent washing. The filling distributes evenly, is easily fluffed back into shape and remains pliable and resilient.
May be machine washed at 60° C and kept free of dustmites. The ticking is 100% cotton cambric. Both filling and ticking is Standard 100 by OEKO-TEX certified. This special test class certifies bedding products for children under the age of three. The baby duvet has temperature regulating properties because its air pockets let the air circulate around the body, keeping the temperature pleasant.
The Fossflakes filling
The filling in the Fossflakes products is a unique blend of 70% of the finest Fossflakes Essential (polyethylene) and 30% Fossflakes Clusters (polyester fibers). Because of its unique characteristic ability to trap air between the flakes, Fossflakes filling material will never flatten or lose its resilience. Even after frequent usage or washing Fossflakes products will retain their loft with just the occasional fluffing.
All Fossflakes products are tested and certified according to Standard 100 by OEKO-TEX.
Oeko-Tex is the global benchmark standard for textile goods manufactured without harmful substances and in accordance with good environmental practice.

Care for your Fossflakes Duvet
The Fossflakes Duvet is easy to maintain and fluff back into shape. Machine wash at 60°C and tumble-dry at a low setting <60°C.
Remove your duvet promptly after the tumble dry cycle completes. Avoid fabric softener and enzyme based detergents when washing Fossflakes product as these may compromise the properties of the filling.
Can be tumbled on a wool or silk program. Does not withstand high heat. If you are unsure whether your machine can withstand the heat levels we suggest that you air dry your duvet instead.
